We have a skilled quality assurance department, who regularly conduct scheduled and surprise audits to suppliers to make sure the agreed quality standards. Our quality experts are well aware as the quality standards of superior brands like Zara, Guess, Primark, Mango and Bershka etc. so the buyer will get high-end quality products.

Our QA inspectors review the packaging list to ensure it includes overall carton count and carton numbers, carton dimension and weight, shipping label, style or shade identification and corresponding counts in the carton and packing slip.

Laboratory Testing:

Laboratories are an extremely valuable component of our services and also facilitate the manufacturer – exporters to transact their business with guaranteed high quality. Laboratory services include:

Fabric:

Construction particulars (counts, constructions and weight), Strength, Measurement and Seam performance based on customers’ requirements.

Analysis:

Flammability, Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage) to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing /dry cleaning, torque, etc.

Color Fastness & Garment:

Colour fastness to washing, Perspiration and Light, Crocking. Dyeing houses are selected who are using human friendly dyes.

Pre Production Check (PPC):

Excellence is assured by checking material components, accessories, specs and styling at this stage.

Initial Production Check (IPC):

First finished products are checked against buyer’s specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and immediately corrected.

During Production Check (DUPRO):

Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the quality standard of production runs.
